BellaVita Naga Grand Launch was it’s FULL BLOOM & held last May 25, 2019 at Brgy. Pacol, Naga City.

The event was started by a motorcade with street dance competition. There are 2 participants in the street dance competition, namely the Agarang Sumirang Dance Company from Iriga City who bagged the top price while the Power Dancers from Naga City was hailed the Runner Up.

After that, a mass was held at the site with BellaVita management, brokers, licensed sellers & other guests. The ground breaking ceremony & ribbon cutting was then followed & was headed by Mr. Jose Maria Liwag IV (CCO, South & Naga Locations), Ms. Jeanette Saturnino (Head, Sales & Marketing), Ms. Mayi Rodriguez Platero (COO, South & Naga Locations) & Mr. Alain Sazon (PD Manager, South & Naga Locations). Lunch was then served after the ground breaking ceremony.

Ms. Jeanette Saturnino gave her opening remarks this afternoon & discussed why BellaVita’s tagline was Sakto Sayo. She told that BellaVita is bagay sayo because it’s Sakto sa Location, Sakto sa Bulsa, Sakto sa Taste Mo, Sakto sa Family Safety & finally Sakto sa Gusto Mo. After Ms. Saturnino’s opening remarks, she awarded the topped 3 realty sellers for BellaVita together with other BellaVita management & the awardees were CMR Realty, Jenuma Realty & Leuterio Realty. Congratulations & Great job for a wonderful sales!

The winners of Street Dance Competion was then awarded & Agarang Sumilang Dance Company performed their winning dance.

There were also games & raffles with prices given to the lucky winners as well as live band to entertain guests.
