Every 3rd to 4th week of June, the “City of Love” & the “Padyak Capital of the Philippines”, Tabaco City Albay celebrates it’s annual foundation anniversary. This showcases the city’s rich history & cultural diversity.
This year’s festival theme was “Animation”. A celebration wherein Tabaqueños shows their imagination, creativity, being artistic, full of liveliness, enthusiasm, vitality & high spiritedness.
The ten day festive event includes concerts, pageants, street cafe, farmer’s bazaar, Tabakulinarya Cooking Competition, Anime Cosplay Competition, Sibidan/Palayag Race, Padyak Race, Street Dance Exhibition, LGU Constellation of Cosplay Stars and others.
